Why Side-Sleeping?

It's Science!

1. Lower Risk of Stillbirth
Doctors agree—side-sleeping is the safest way to sleep when you're expecting[1]. In fact, side-sleeping can cut the risk of stillbirth by up to 50%, giving you peace of mind that you’re keeping your little one safe all night long.[2]

2. Bye-bye Back Pain
Your back will thank you for the support! Side-Sleeping with Bub’s Maternity Pillow™ keeps your spine aligned, protecting you from back pain, waking pain and stiffness so you can wake up refreshed.[3][4]

3. Better Circulation for Baby
Your Bub’s Maternity Pillow™ keeps you on your left side, where blood flow to the placenta stays optimal, ensuring your baby gets the oxygen and nutrients they need to grow strong.[5]

4. Less Swelling
Swollen feet and ankles are no fun! Sleeping on your side helps your kidneys do their job better, reducing swelling so you can wake up feeling more comfortable and ready to take on the day.[6]

5. Fewer Heartburn Problems
Heartburn at night? No thanks! Left-side sleeping helps keep acid reflux at bay, making sure you sleep soundly without the burn.[7]

6. Easier Breathing, Less Snoring
As your baby grows, it can press on your diaphragm, making it harder to breathe when you lie down. Bub’s Pillow™ keeps you on your side, taking the pressure off so you can breathe easy and snore-free all night long.[8]

7. Sleep Better, Longer (so baby does too!)
babybub isn’t just about side-sleeping. It’s about side-sleeping comfortably. When you sleep more, your baby does too – until they’re 7 years old! Talk about investing in your future rest (and theirs).[9]

''Finally I can sleep all night without waking up

I really tried to get away with using regular pillows but they shift and I was sleeping terribly. I didn't want to buy a pregnancy pillow over fear of collecting too much stuff, but this set CHANGED MY LIFE. I could not recommend it more. I finally was sleeping (mostly) through the night

    ''Finally, the pain disappears!!!!!!!''

If your having second thoughts on getting this, DON'T! GET IT! At 20 weeks pregnant I have been having alot of back pain due to no pillow support. I've had this for about 3 weeks and I've been having a better night sleep and feel more relief on my back and belly. You honestly can go without the full body attachment. Would definitely recommend you purchasing the Bub's Maternity pillow.

    ''I'm enjoying sleeping again!''

The best $85 I have ever spent. My husband asked if it were worth it and I told him if I had to buy the whole set over again, I would. I’m plus size (16 regular, 20 currently at 31 weeks pregnant) and it fits me just fine on the loosest it can go. It doesn’t take up our whole bed like the C/U pillows do, it is truly customizable to what feels best to your body

Sleep Without The Fear

Every pregnant mom knows that quiet panic. You wake up at 3am, realize you've rolled onto your back, and your heart drops before you're even fully awake. You try the alarms set through the night and you still wake up terrified you weren't in the right position long enough.

Dremia was designed for exactly that moment. Our three-point support system cradles your belly, holds your back, and cushions your hips simultaneously keeping your body in the safest sleeping position all night long, even when you're too exhausted to monitor yourself.

Rest easy. You're both supported.

Questions?

Is it safe to use during all trimesters?

Yes. Dremia Maternity Pillow is designed to support you from the first trimester all the way through to your final weeks. Most moms find it becomes essential by the second trimester when belly weight and hip pressure start making sleep noticeably harder.

Will it actually keep me from rolling onto my back?

Yes. Unlike a single wedge or knee pillow that only blocks one side, Bub's wraps around your belly and supports your back simultaneously creating a support system that keeps your body in the right position even when you're in your deepest sleep and completely unaware of your position.

Is it too big to share a bed with my partner?

No. Bub's was specifically designed to be compact enough that your partner doesn't get displaced. Unlike large U-shaped pillows that take over the entire bed, Bub's gives you full support without turning your bedroom into an obstacle course.

Will I still need it after giving birth?

Many moms continue using Bub's postpartum for recovery support and comfortable nursing positions. Your body goes through significant changes after birth and the same support that helped you sleep during pregnancy continues to help your body heal and rest afterward.

When should I start using it?

Most moms start using Dremia between weeks 16 and 20 when side sleeping becomes uncomfortable and belly weight starts pulling on the lower back. However many moms wish they had started earlier, so there is no wrong time to begin.
